Fun Playing

Today is the first bright sunshiny day we've had for awhile so I was outside with the camera to play with 'depth of field'.

As our budgies are in a cage covered with chicken wire, it is easy to take a photo of them without the netting between us being obvious. In this photo, I focused on the branch and so the background is blurred.

And in this one, I moved to the side just a little and focused on Birdie. I love the way the branch in front of him is blurred.

This has been cool fun and I took heaps of photos. I hope you are keen to give this a go.
